Arguments

track_data

Data frame with fish tracks (columns: fish_id/path_id, datetime, x, y)

by_fish

Calculate separate estimates for each fish (default: TRUE)

by_time_period

Calculate estimates by time periods (default: FALSE)

time_aggregation

How to aggregate time: "hour", "day", "month", "none" (default: "day")

methods

Vector of methods to use (default: all available)

grid_resolution

Grid resolution for raster-based methods (default: 100m)

reference_raster

Optional raster object to use for grid-based methods

Value

List with space use estimates and summary statistics
